My lovely little sister stopped by for lunch yesterday, so I whipped up one of my favorite tuna salad recipes. I first got the idea for this recipe after having cranberry chicken salad from Celebrity Café, I figured it would be easy to recreate a similar salad using tuna. The apples and cranberries in this recipe add a little bit of sweetness that makes this tuna salad so incredibly yummy.
Ingredients
- 12 oz. albacore (white meat) tuna
 - ¼ cup red onion, diced
 - ½ small apple, chopped
 - ¼ cup dried cranberries
 - 1 lemon
 - 2 tablespoons non-fat Greek yogurt

Directions
- Drain tuna well and break into small chunks
 - Add in onion, apple, and cranberries
 - Add Greek yogurt
 - Squeeze in the juice from one lemon
 - Add salt and pepper to taste
 - Mix well

Makes 4 servings
