one thing that scares  you

While in Aspen over the weekend I skied my first double-diamond runs!  The experience remind me of one of my favorite quotes, “Do one thing a day that scares you.”  I am not sure who authored this quote, I discovered it on a Lululemon shopping bag, but I just love it.  So many of my accomplishments for which I am most proud of have been things that originally scared me….my first marathon, my first peak climb, my first trail race, etc., etc., etc.  It is these things, that at one time were scary, that challenged me and made me stronger.

So I challenge you this week to do ONE thing each day that SCARES you.  I bet by the end of the week you will have some pretty cool accomplishments and be a stronger version of you!
