Oat +Almond Butter Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- ¼ cup coconut flakes
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Place almond butter, honey and coconut oil in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave for about 45 seconds, stir well to combine
- Fold in oats, flaxseed meal, coconut flakes and chocolate chips
- Form into 12 round balls
- Line a baking sheet or glass dish with parchment paper, let energy bites sit in fridge for at least 1 hour before eating
- Store in fridge
